Inbound Customer Service Representative/Direct Sales Representative

Energetic, customer service oriented individuals who are able to communicate effectively, and focus on offering customer solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Take incoming calls and work to understand and resolve questions and concerns from customers with existing reservations.
  • Interaction with travel agents and end user passengers.
  • Process booking for customers who require new or additional reservations.
  • Handle incoming calls and qualify the call, convey Carnival policies, quote rates, and make bookings.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Receive and incorporate feedback to improve personal and business performance

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English
  • Strong focus on assumptive selling skills
  • Ability to explain services, options, and fares in order to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Individual must be willing to work a minimum of 20 hours/week
  •  If selected, candidates must complete a 4 week live certification course before employment can begin

 

Compensation:

$10.00 – $16.00 Per/Hour  Guaranteed + Commission + Incentives.

Additional revenue opportunities may be available upon completion of Live Certification
