Inbound Customer Service Representative
Energetic, customer service oriented individuals who are able to communicate effectively and are focused on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound general inquiry calls from existing Sprint customers.
- Provide excellent customer service when handling incoming calls
- Listen to customer’s issue and offer knowledgeable and timely solutions
- Take the appropriate actions to efficiently resolve issues
- Receive and incorporate feedback to improve personal and business performance
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Individual must be willing to work a minimum of 15 hours/week
- If selected, candidates must complete a 4 week live certification course before employment can begin
Compensation:
$9.00 – $12.90 Per/Hour Guaranteed + Commission + Incentives.
Additional revenue opportunities may be available upon completion of Live Certification
