Inbound Customer Service Representative

Energetic, customer service oriented individuals who are able to communicate effectively and are focused on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound general inquiry calls from existing Sprint customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service when handling incoming calls
  • Listen to customer’s issue and offer knowledgeable and timely solutions
  • Take the appropriate actions to efficiently resolve issues
  • Receive and incorporate feedback to improve personal and business performance

 

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Individual must be willing to work a minimum of 15 hours/week
  •  If selected, candidates must complete a 4 week live certification course before employment can begin

 

Compensation:

$9.00 – $12.90 Per/Hour  Guaranteed + Commission + Incentives.

Additional revenue opportunities may be available upon completion of Live Certification
