Connect Ecom is an Independent Business (IB) that has partnered with Arise to provide sub-contract customer service positions to individuals looking to work from home. We have built a wonderful team of customer service representatives that enjoy flexible hours, competitive pay, a better work-life balance, and the opportunity to work as customer service representatives for a variety of Fortune 500 companies.

 

Our Role:

Connect Ecom strives to hire qualified professionals that are passionate about customer service. We start off by setting up promising candidates with an Arise profile where they can take the first steps towards a hassle free job. Our friendly and competent staff guides candidates through the voice assessment and background check process, ensuring that everything is completely smoothly and in a timely manner.

Connect Ecom works with candidates to choose an opportunity that will suit their personality, interests, experience, and need for flexibility. Once our employees are enrolled in training, our team leaders stay in touch with them to ensure training is going well and are always available to sort out any questions or concerns.

Once employees start working, Connect Ecom makes sure that every employee is given the appropriate help and support required when starting a new customer service position. Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer work-related questions. We also schedule weekly meetings with each customer service provider (CSP) whether it is online, over the phone, or in person to talk about metrics and performance so that every individual on our team is set up for success.
